Felicia Burnett is the National Director for Storytelling Innovations and Health Care at MomsRising. For more than 13 years, she has dedicated her work to elevating parents’ voices in the policymaking process, ensuring that real family experiences help shape health policy.

Felicia has led national advocacy to expand families’ access to health care, including work supporting the Affordable Care Act, and was invited to the Obama White House to share about her work. She is deeply committed to improving health outcomes for children, women, and families by centering their stories and building collective power for lasting change.
