Maggie Humphreys is a passionate advocate for women and families, serving as the Washington State MomsForce Director at MomsRising. Maggie leads the organization’s Washington State legislative campaigns for workplace standards, including paid leave, pregnant workers protections, and equal pay. In her work, Maggie carries the stories, experiences, and voices of MomsRising’s Washington members straight into the halls of government in order to change the direction and destiny of public policy. When she isn’t fighting the patriarchy in the legislature, you can find Maggie working to support women on the campaign trail. She is the immediate past president and a state board member of the National Women's Political Caucus of Washington, the state's oldest organization dedicated to recruiting, training, and electing more women to public office at all levels of government. Maggie holds an Executive Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Washington, although she will always root for the Washington State Cougs.
