Millions of tweens and teens surf the Internet every day, and they often know more about the Web than their parents, guardians and even teachers.

School Lunch Prices Spike With Fuel Costs

The implications of rising fuel costs extend beyond drivers. Even the cost of school lunches will spike this fall as food and gas prices have risen and federal subsidies have not kept up with the added costs, according to an article on MSNBC.com. College Campus Deemed "Too Dangerous" for Childcare

"Safety" has now become the latest excuse for a college trying to duck responsibility for childcare. Ogeechee Technical College president Dawn Cartee announced the closure of the campus childcare center in Statesboro, GA, arguing that colleges are dangerous places for small kids. In a March 28 letter to parents, according to an article in The Statesboro Herald, Cartee wrote:
