Alin has been an organizer for MomsRising and Mamas con Poder Arizona 2021, where her work is centered around campaigns and events advocating for paid family leave, accessible child care, and healthcare for all to name a few. Through her education and experience in social service, she creates awareness about issues faced by women and families and facilitates access to differnt organizations she has worked with in an effort to empower women, minorities and the LatinX community.
Alin is a bilingual Mexican immigrant, raised in Tucson and is passionate whose early volunteer work at the YWCA led her to work as a promoter and facilitator for over 4 years. She was an Activities Assistant at the Copper Canyon Alzheimer's Special Care Center, admissions counselor at Southern New Hampshire University, phlebotomist for the Red Cross and funeral organizer at Evergreen Mortuary. Alin is also the proud furmom or two cats and enjoys dancing as her main and favorite form to express herself.

On July 7th, in Tucson Arizona, over 65 people came together to build power in their community. Women, fathers, children, and super volunteers all showed up to raise their voices and to demand action for women, families, and our national economy. at the community power party, volunteers signed petitions urging Congress to act on immigration and other important campaigns!
