It's Election Day in NC, and we need all hands on deck! All across the state there are primary races for Congress, the NC General Assembly, sheriffs, school boards, county commissioners, clerks of court, and more.

Sadly, turnout is often low in primaries in North Carolina, so your vote has the potential to make a VERY big difference.

We know firsthand that who sits in the decision-making seats has the potential to have very real consequences on our lives and those of our families. That's why it's critical that #MomsVote.

We're creating a nationwide #MomsVote roll call so the candidates will hear that we are voting and we expect them to pay attention. If you're voting today (or you already voted during early voting!), please add your name. The more of us there are, the more powerful the message we send together. Add your name here!

The polls are open today, Tuesday, May 8th, from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm. Make a plan and go get your "I voted!" sticker. Every sticker adds up!

Got voting questions? Our partners at Democracy North Carolina have made it easy to get all the answers you need:

  • Find out your polling location by clicking here.

  • Still have voting questions? Visit ncvoter.org or call their toll-free voter hotline, 888-OUR-VOTE (888-687-8683). No call is too small.

And don't forget to add your name to our #MomsVote roll call! Together we can make sure candidates in every race see how powerful the votes of moms and those who love them can be.
