Listen + Take Action Now: #MomsVote Telephone Town Hall
We are so thrilled that the #MomsVote telephone town hall launch last Thursday was a huge success!
Parkland student leader Delaney Tarr reiterated the students' call to vote, which was a major theme of #March4OurLives. National Education Association President Lily Eskelsen Garcia talked about engaging young people, with tips on how to register high school students. Three Point Strategies Founder Jessica Byrd talked about the importance of engaging all voters in order to elect a leadership that reflects us all. Finally, extra special guest U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren reminded us how important the upcoming elections are and inspired us to do our part. Then participants were able to ask questions and engage in important conversations about how to get out the vote in their own communities.
If you missed the call, want to share it with a friend, or want to be inspired all over again by our amazing speakers and participants, then you can find an audio recording of the town hall at this link.
Now, building off this informative and energizing call, it's time to take action!
Our challenge: Register to vote (if you're not registered already), and get five other people to vote on Election Day (starting with making sure they're registered to vote too!) Get yourself, your family, your neighbors and your friends all registered to vote here:
