Elaine Zukerman is the Infant/Toddler Education and Advocacy Coordinator for the North Carolina Early Education Coalition. As part of the new Think Babies NC initiative, Elaine is excited about building awareness across the state about the need for healthy beginnings, supported families, and quality early care and education for all children in NC. Prior to this position, Elaine was the Communications Manager at Durham's Partnership for Children. Elaine is a die-hard Tar Heel fan who lives in Durham with her husband and their fur-baby.
