Selina Maldonado is a leader in her community and multi-passionate volunteer. She served as the Social Media Manager for Global Military Lactation Community for several years as well as volunteered in her local chapters as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) supporting lactating military families, and as a MLC program mentor. Her diverse academic background includes a BA in Music, graduate studies in Diplomacy & Military Studies, and graduate certificates in National Security Policy and  Emergency Management, and she is currently completing a Masters degree in Strategic Communications. 

As a military spouse, she is passionate about advocating for the unique challenges military families face. She stays busy raising their 3 boys wherever the Air Force sends their family and enjoys traveling, books, dabbling in hobbies, and good coffee.
