Cristina Novoa is a senior policy analyst for Early Childhood Policy at American Progress (CAP). At CAP, Cristina researches and writes about child health and development, particularly among infants and toddlers. Cristina studied developmental psychology and public policy, specializing in the academic and behavioral development of children from immigrant families. She holds a doctorate in developmental psychology and a master’s degree in public policy.
