Who is receiving the postcards?
NEW FOR 2026: We aren't blasting postcards to just anyone. We are laser-targeting Democratic moms in key toss-up districts where races will be won or lost on razor-thin margins. These are moms who care deeply about affordable child care, real health care, and safe communities (just like you), but they don't always make it to the voting booth. They aren't undecided about where they stand; they're exhausted, overwhelmed, and overlooked.

What does the 2026 postcard look like?
Where do I write my note?
When will I receive my postcards? How long do I have to have to fill them out?
Postcards will be delivered by late September. We ask that you drop them back in the mail by October 15th.
What do I do when I receive the postcards?
Participating is quick and easy! Your postcards will come pre-addressed and postage paid. We ask that you add a handwritten note of encouragement on each postcard. The instructions that come in your packet will include some great ideas to get you started! When you are finished, you will simply drop your postcards in any USPS mailbox.
Do I have to pay for postage?
All postcards will arrive postage paid. You will not see a physical stamp on the postcard, please do not add one. To mail, simply drop your postcards in a blue USPS mailbox outside your local post office between October 9th - 14th.

Can I request postcards to voters from a specific state or party?
The postcards are pre-addressed to infrequent mom voters in key legislative districts that need a friendly nudge to cast their vote! We aren’t able to match postcard writers with voters in specific states.
I took my completed GOTV postcards to my local post office to mail and the clerk wouldn't accept the pre-paid postage. What should I do?
A few volunteers have reported this happening. We're sorry that you may have encountered this inconvenience! We want to assure you that the printed postage on the postcards is correct and valid. It is part of a USPS program called "Share Mail". Unfortunately, some USPS employees may not know about this fairly new postage program. We suggest that you simply drop your postcards in a blue USPS mailbox outside your local post office, or one that's located in your neighborhood. This way, your postcards will be accepted and processed without delay!
I never received my postcards – where are they?
You should receive your postcards by the end of September. Please be patient as sometimes the USPS is slow.
If you have not received your postcards by October 1st:
- Please check your confirmation email and make sure your address is correct. If your confirmation email has an incorrect address, please email postcards@momsrising.org, and we will try to update it.
- If your address is correct, and you ordered 100 or more postcards, please email us at postcards@momsrising.org and we can send you tracking information. Unfortunately, we are not able to track smaller packages.
