Demand Accountability — Release the Epstein Files

MomsRising's picture

Key Takeaways:

Summary: The Department of Justice continues to withhold millions of pages of records despite the legally mandated deadline set by the Epstein Files Transparency Act. While the DOJ has redacted information to shield the powerful and well-connected — including 37 missing pages regarding allegations involving President Trump — it has simultaneously failed to protect the personal information of survivors. MomsRising is demanding that the DOJ comply with the law immediately to ensure no individual is above the law and survivors receive the transparency they deserve.

  • Missing Evidence: An estimated 50 percent of the Department of Justice and Epstein estate records have yet to be released, totaling millions of concealed pages.
  • Legal Compliance: The Epstein Files Transparency Act required a full release by December 2025; however, critical documents, including 37 pages involving the President, remain missing.
  • Accountability for Survivors: MomsRising is demanding the DOJ comply with active subpoenas and release all files while ensuring proper privacy protections for survivors.

We’ve given up trying to figure out what’s going on in Melania’s brain. But one thing we do know is that the Epstein cover-up isn’t over — because all the files still aren’t public and perpetrators have not been held accountable!

Your voice is needed! Demand that the DOJ release every single page of the Epstein files immediately and deliver justice for survivors!

Efforts to conceal and protect Epstein’s network of the powerful at the expense of survivors are still very much ongoing. In fact, members of the Congressional Oversight Committee estimate that 50 percent of the Department of Justice and Epstein estate’s records have yet to be released. [1] That amounts to millions of pages of evidence concealed from Congress and from the public. [2] This isn't just a clerical error — it’s a betrayal of the truth and a slap in the face to every survivor seeking accountability.

Missing Evidence and President Trump

In February, we learned that the FBI conducted four interviews with a survivor who alleged she was sexually assaulted between the ages of 13 and 15 by both Jeffrey Epstein and President Trump — and that those files had never been made public. [3] After mounting pressure from the public and Congress, the Department of Justice finally released *some* additional records (that should have been made public months ago). They disclosed 16 new pages related to the allegation involving President Trump….but 37 pages are still missing. [4]

The Epstein Files Transparency Act

Let the record show: Keeping these files locked away doesn’t just obscure the truth and deny survivors the accountability they deserve, but it’s also against the law! In July 2025, Democrats on the Congressional Oversight Committee forced a subpoena for the full release of the Epstein files. Congress passed (and President Trump signed!) the Epstein Files Transparency Act, a law requiring the DOJ to release all unclassified records relating to the investigation and prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein by December 19, 2025. [5] Well, that day has come and gone, and we know the missing 37 pages involving President Trump are just the tip of the iceberg. That subpoena is still active — and anything short of a full release of the files is simply a continuation of the White House cover-up.

We won't stand by and allow the DOJ to protect Epstein’s network of powerful friends at the expense of survivors. Sign on now to demand the DOJ comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, release the files, and redact personal information about survivors!

Also concerning: The files that were released included personal information — and even photos — of survivors. [6] The double standard is hard to miss. The DOJ is willing to redact large swaths of information to shield the wealthy and well-connected, yet it still included sensitive, identifying details about survivors, despite Congress’s explicit directive to protect them.

For decades, women who were sex trafficked when they were children have been sounding the alarm on Epstein’s network of powerful friends. [7] But instead of the full transparency we were promised, we are seeing a pattern of evasion.

We deserve the truth. Survivors deserve to be heard. Demand the full release of the Epstein files!

Our children deserve to grow up in a world where no individual, regardless of title, position, and status, is above the law. We won’t stop fighting until we get the truth and deliver justice for the survivors. Thank you for being the heart of this movement and for never stopping the fight for accountability.
