In February, we learned that the FBI conducted four interviews with a survivor who alleged she was sexually assaulted between the ages of 13 and 15 by both Jeffrey Epstein and President Trump — and that those files had never been made public. [3] After mounting pressure from the public and Congress, the Department of Justice finally released *some* additional records (that should have been made public months ago). They disclosed 16 new pages related to the allegation involving President Trump….but 37 pages are still missing. [4]

Let the record show: Keeping these files locked away doesn’t just obscure the truth and deny survivors the accountability they deserve, but it’s also against the law! In July 2025, Democrats on the Congressional Oversight Committee forced a subpoena for the full release of the Epstein files. Congress passed (and President Trump signed!) the Epstein Files Transparency Act, a law requiring the DOJ to release all unclassified records relating to the investigation and prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein by December 19, 2025. [5] Well, that day has come and gone, and we know the missing 37 pages involving President Trump are just the tip of the iceberg. That subpoena is still active — and anything short of a full release of the files is simply a continuation of the White House cover-up.

The DOJ is willing to redact large swaths of information to shield the wealthy and well-connected, yet it still included sensitive, identifying details about survivors, despite Congress’s explicit directive to protect them.
