Hilary Rau is a Staff Attorney at the Center for WorkLife Law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She is a civil rights and employment attorney who works to promote gender equity in the workplace and in higher education by advancing the rights of pregnant, parenting and breastfeeding workers and students. Hilary was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine in 2016 and 2017. Hilary received her J.D. from UCLA Law School and her undergraduate degree from Pomona College.
