Blue Carreker is a Campaigns Manager with Citizen Action of New York, currently working as Upstate Organizer for the New York Paid Family Leave Campaign.  She has worked for over thirty years in a variety of professional positions at non-profit health and human service agencies in California, Massachusetts and New York with responsibilities ranging from fund development to marketing, public relations, volunteer management and legislative advocacy. Carreker is also a singer/songwriter who lives and performs in the Capitol Region of New York. She is the mother of two adult boys.
