  • Dream It, Say It, Plan It, DO IT! We're setting healthy personal goals! Identify one or two healthy new habits for the new year. Be fair to yourself, and realistic. Making a plan can really help keep you on track! And check out some tips for keeping resolutions here
  • Creating a Personal Fitness Plan. Elisa Batista shares four tips for getting started: 1. Prioritize your sleep. 2. Identify when and how much time you have to exercise. 3.
