Serves: 2-4 porciones
The salad I present to you today is ideal to accompany meals during the holidays. Inspired by Korean Pears that Melissa’s graciously provided me, I created this delicious salad:
Ingredients

2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
½ tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of honey
¼ teaspoon of salt
Ground pepper
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 Korean pears (I prefer Melissa’s) cut in cubes
¼ cup of gorgonzola cheese
Arugula y spinach leaves
1 ounce of nuts
Instructions
For the dressing: In a bowl, mix the vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Add the olive oil and mix.
In a salad bowl, toss the arugula, spinach leaves, pears, gorgonzola cheese and nuts. When it is ready to be served, add the salad dressing and mix well. Serve immediately.
