If you're like many, the New Year is a time for resolutions. Most center their resolutions around improvement of body and mind. Yet, did you know that 92% of individuals that create healthy New Year's resolutions fail? Yes, it's true!  It's no wonder our latest tweetchat was so well attended. Our featured panelist, Irina Gonzalez, is one of the 8%, a true success story. She lost 100 lbs, maintained the loss, and also discovered a newfound love of healthy food and a new career. During the chat she answered 10 questions. Below we noted some of the most memorable tweets.

It's interesting to note that Irina's yo yo dieting began at a young age.

To make the easiest oatmeal EVER in the #slowcooker overnight: 1c. steel cut oats + 4c. water + 3-4 mashed bananas. 7hrs on low. #FoodFri
