If you are interested in breastfeeding rights check out our annual Breastfeeding and Feminism Symposium. Sponsored by UNC Greensboro (Center for Women's Health and Wellness) and UNC Chapel Hill (Carolina Breastfeeding Institute), our 2010 symposium is being held March 20 at UNC Greensboro. The registration fee this year is a steal at $25, in consideration for the economy. Our theme is "informing public health". Keep checking our website for updates on topics and speakers; registration is open.

Just wanted to plug the awesome postcard my husband designed on breastfeeding support for low-income women. You can buy it as part of a pack (all profits go to a free art program in NYC). http://28cents.org/nico-berry.html

hi dionna: i'm producing a piece for an abc newsmagazine show about public breastfeeding, and am looking for local news stories about mothers being asked to leave locations for publicly nursing or being asked to go to the bathroom to nurse.

do you know how i might find any videotaped news stories like this?

thanks in advance, ann
