I think it&#039;s great that you and your husband understand that you *both* want to develop in your roles inside and outside the home. And that you support each other in doing that.</description>

This is my experience of Equally Shared Parenting (which my husband and I practice). It really is that simple - He wants both (ample kid-time and career)so I want him to have both and I want BOTH, too. From there, it&#039;s just a question of &quot;What is the best way we can *both* have lots of both?&quot; 50/50 feels like the best way to maximize our life experience, for ourselves and each other.</description>
