West Virginia has not increased dedicated funding for child care in years. In fact, funding has decreased by $8 million over the last 10 years. We need HB 4191 to pass the House, so we can make strides for WV child care AND our economy. This bill would help WV child care providers, who have been caring for our children and families for generations, maybe even your own children and grandchildren. WV child care families and providers deserve the help they have sought for years.
