Why The Rich Should Pay Their Fare Share

I divorced when my son was 7. He is now 34. My entire life was a struggle to make sure he had a good education, food in his stomach, clothes on his back and a roof over his head. I never collected welfare and worked my butt off making horrible living wages yet my taxes were paid. I would go for years without getting a raise yet the cost of living escalated and continues to do so.

Why are we, the Americans who make this country what it is, penalized? If it weren't for us, the wealthy would not be wealthy. We make the money for them. Therefore, they need to pay. Bad enough, they refuse to give us liveable wages so more can go in their pockets. Their sense of entitlement needs to go. They have enough tax loopholes. Pay up!
