It needs a title??

My oldest granddaughter graduated from high school in June. She was diagnosed with cancer a few weeks later. Her college classes were canceled and she is in a battle with this dreadful disease. She is eighteen. If she could not stay on her parents health insurance she would be responsible for the cost. She would most likely never be able to get health insurance again. Of course the health care reform is working!

I just wish we would all be able to immediately get the type of insurance we need (such as GEHA) at a reasonable cost. My employer-type insurance not only raised our rates but increased our out of pocket expenses to more then double. Still, while it didn't help ME, I can see where it helped a member of my family.
