How it helps the new moms

The new health care reform has already helped in that moms I know can have their babies and return to work while still continuing to breastfeed and NOT HAVING TO PUMP IN A BATHROOM! Yes, the new law is specific that an employer with over 50 employees, unless they can prove it makes a hardship (Sorry you Starbucks employees - there isn't a spare inch in those places), must LET moms pump and PROVIDE a NON-BATHROOM place for mom to pump. They don't have to pay for pumping time, but moms aren't worried about that. So the moms delivering and returning to work now legally supported in their efforts to provide the best for their baby as long as they can/want.
