Drunk driver causes loss of work & health insurance

I was maimed, for life, because of a drunk driver, who fell asleep at the wheel, and left me with a 4 level cervical, anterior fusion. Once I was out of work for 2 years, my ANTHEM blue Cross became secondary, and they pushed me onto Medicare.

Medicare just dropped me because they feel, the surgery was all they would pay for. I need Radio frequency once a year that costs $5,000.00

My Personl injurt attorney, did not pay back Medicare as he is required to. Instead of him making a deal with ALLSTATE to attach the drunk drivers wages to pay off my surgeries (3), he went behind my back and put a lien on our home, and MEDICARE "closed my file", as on 1/14/2014.

No work, no healthcare, and no way to pay for my ongoing medical bills.

The trooper asked the drunk driver out on a date, which is why she was never charged even after failing the field sobriety test.

I am in chronic pain and Medicare customer service told me: "Because you are no longer a productivve member of society, you are not entitled to the services others receive."

The AG defending the trooper, said this: "You are worth zero".

Welcome to America~
