MomsRising is hosting a #FoodFri tweetchat on May 13, 2016 at 1 pm Eastern, to share the work of Foodstand (a community of eaters helping each other stay in the know about how to shop, cook, and eat better) and Jamie Oliver Food Foundation on Food Revolution Day.

This year, the focus of Food Revolution Day is understanding the role of sugar in our quest to build a food system that keeps our communities and families healthy. We know eating fresh, whole foods and cooking at home are the first steps to helping repave our food system, but we face many barriers. During this tweet chat, we'll discuss how we can create a system that supports healthier eating habits and reduces the prevalence of sugar-laden hyper processed foods.

Join #FoodFri on May 13, 2016 at 1pm Eastern to chat with @MomsRising and @thefoodstand, @CSPI and @foodrev about sugar! Feel free to spread the word by clicking HERE.
