Children who are not exposed to fruits and vegetables have a harder time eating them as adults. Knowing this parents encourage their children to eat healthy meals. In fact, I had a friend (not me) who often bribed, hid and begged her sons to eat their veggies (again not me - wink. wink.)! The battles were real people.

Thankfully, technology and creativity have come to parents rescue!
