I lost all 3 of my sons within 6 years to senseless gun violence. I have no other children of my own. I have been trying for over 20 years to spare other families from experiencing the pain and suffering that I have. I have marched, had vigils, spoke in Washington, Albany, and other cities and states about the impact of gun violence. Gun violence robs the victims and their families of their hopes and dreams. It is a lifetime of suffering for those who are left behind.

Sometimes I want to give up, but that still small voice inside of me and the voices of my children will not allow me. OUR MOST PRECIOUS RESOURCES ARE OUR CHILDREN. How do we protect them against the senseless gun violence and other kinds of violence that is plaguing our communities. I am so tired of going to and seeing funerals of children who have never had the chance to truly live their lives.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. STOP THE VIOLENCE.
