I hurt my wrist at work. the doctor pt me onlight duty. While workinho light duty a student elbowed me very hard at the back of my head. this cause severe headaches and nect pain.
I went to the emergency room and was told to rest to keep weight off of my neck. the emergency rom doctor told me to folow up at their clinic since idid not have a doctor where I live at the time.
the follow-up doctor came in and looked at my file and left out and called my job. After she came back she told me she called them and sheid not listen or care about the pain I complain about.
i did not look at the sheet she filled out, but she checked she was mt treating doctor and was a follow-up until I could see my doctor in Fort worth.I took my sick leaves days when doctor said I could return to work. My head was in great pain,i was fired and did not receive pay for the extra hours I work for them.
