Debate

This was a great debate, I still remember Sarah, she did a great job.

I did watch the debate --

I did watch the debate -- heaven help me.

How does it make a person qualified to have her refuse to answer questions that presumably were important enough to include, with the excuse that she wants to "Address the voters"? Who wrote the questions? My cell phone?

This bloodthirsty college-bouncing (six different schools? Much stability here?) vapid sportscaster is supposed to be one case of senile dementia, heart attack or cancer resurgance away from the presidency? I can think of more qualified Republican women without straining. I would be willing to consider voting for Olympia Snowe, for instance. However, the party's apparent belief that putting up a woman whose chief qualification is governing a state with very few people and thoroughly atypical economics will get us to vote Republican because we're women too? It's enough to make me want a sex change. Though I'll settle for an administrative one.

Mrs. Palin

Amazing thing! Has been a little more than 5 months after the elections and already many people do not remember Mrs. Palin. We mostly remember news headlines for 1-2 months. next year no one will remember her.

Biden has been pro-family,

Biden has been pro-family, pro-reproductive rights, pro-healthcare, and prochildcare from day 1. Palin has turned an independent voter to a full democratic ticket. I believe her not allowing sex education in schools in Alaska, then bringing her under-age pregnant drinking teen-age daughter on stage was totally hypocritical. Plus, I'm a carreer mother, yet if I had a baby with Down Syndrome, I would not think twice about my political career. I would be working constatntly with that child to ensure it reaches her full potention. Research shows just how critical early childhood interaction is with a down syndrome child. She takes womens issues 100 steps backwards.

Biden, Pro-Family?! Biden

Biden, Pro-Family?! Biden is NOT pro-family! Anyone who supports abortion on demand rights, homosexuality and birth control in schools is NOT pro-family! All of these things seek to undermine the family at its root. Abortion KILLS babies...everyone admits this today... all in the name of convenience or choice. How is THAT family-oriented? Or good for any family? The "right" to kill a brother or a sister is NOT pro-family. How is gay "marriage" pro-family? It is anti-family because no family exists. It is a sterile relationship and it hurts children... it hurts our country it hurts our world. Without children, there is no prosperity!

Aside from these family issues, both parties, Americans, are after the same thing. We all want to eliminate people being poor, we all want to be healthy and have a way to get health assistance when we need it, we all want our economy to thrive. We all mostly want the same things. But, the real difference is how we get there. One party wants the government to be involved and give us everything. We feel the government "owes" us or something. The other party wants the American to find a dream and pursue it and the right to life and happiness on his/her own, with the support of family and friends... without the government telling you that your dream is not possible or allowed for whatever reason Only one of these views is truly American. The other is socialistic which, as shown from history, ALWAYS leads to Communism.

We came from England and started this grand country to get away from the British telling us how to worship or how to live our lives. Now, in this most important election ever, we are forfeiting the rights guaranteed to us from our founding fathers. To vote for the man who promises MORE government control and assistance is to vote for an end to the great promise of freedom we were given more than 200 years ago. Please, vote wisely. Don't think special issues... these should be left to the state governments so we, as a populace, can have better control over them. It is not the job of the Federal Government to be involved in education, the arts, healthcare and the like. These issues, including abortion and contraception, are meant to be at the state level so we have the most amount of say in their interpretation and promulgation.

Vote for the man who wants LESS federal control of our lives so we can better live the American Dream! Higher taxes and "spreading the wealth" are not the American Way. Please, vote American on November 4th!
